Terms of Service
These terms are deliberately written in plain language. Using BrokerLab means you agree with them.
What BrokerLab is — and is not
BrokerLab is a decision-support tool: it reads public information, writes analysis, and proposes ideas about your own portfolios. It is not financial advice, not a broker, not an asset manager, and not an autonomous trading system. Its analysis can be wrong, late, or incomplete — markets are uncertain and no output here is a promise of any result.
You make every decision
Nothing executes without your explicit, per-order action. When you approve and execute a trade — through a connected paper account or at your own broker — that decision and its consequences are yours. You are responsible for ensuring that your trading complies with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.
Your account and your broker
You must keep your sign-in and brokerage credentials secure and connect only accounts you own. Brokerage services are provided by your broker under their own terms; BrokerLab only reads positions and, where you explicitly enable it, submits the orders you individually approve.
No warranty, limited liability
BrokerLab is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerLab and its operator are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of the service, interruptions, or errors in data and analysis.
Fair use and termination
Don't abuse the service (no scraping, reselling, reverse-engineering, or attempts to make the system act outside its safety rules). We may suspend accounts that do. You can stop using BrokerLab at any time and ask for your data to be deleted — see the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and continued use means acceptance. Questions: legal@brokerlab.ai.
